Played in N.Tuscany a couple weeks ago….
How did it go?Well let’s just say i’ll checking on whether people are scheduled to eat during performance…and whether a karaoke act has been booked as ‘support’!
It was a strange night for me but there were moments where i felt myself get right away from my usual mold….total self expression!
Not an easy place to get to in a solo (near as damn it) show.
On tour with the band last century (seems like) it was happening quite a lot but usually because i was really getting off on another magical bit of guitar from Calum (Mac Coll…he’s a lad isn’t he?) or a juicy bit of groove Pepe and Jay were spinning behind us…but this?
This was new.
For which i’d like to thank Andy Davies for asking me out there in the first place and to Ilario and Jane for hosting the events.
