Colin. Your creations make everything worthwhile. I love this your last work. Genius, as always. Great production, great tunes, wonderful lyrics and your great and touching landmark voice.

At this point that you don’t have anything to prove, you still prove that you are among the best.

Dear Colin,

I was born to the sounds of Wonderful Life, which was then recently released (‘87), and I’ve listened to that album over and over for the best part of my life, thinking “Black” was a band from Eastern Germany…

Yesterday I downloaded The Given, and it’s a miracle how your music and lyrics still ring true within me, sing my song in a way, and inspire me to find a voice of myself.

Are you stopping by Holland in your next tour (, if any)?

Robert

Colin, yesterday I was listening to the “Black comedy” cd and regreting the fact that I hadn’t heard from you for so many years and out of nothing decided to check on the google if there were any news from you and was astonished to find out that you have been a musician for the last twenty years!!! My God! Where was I? How could I be so blind? or should I say Deaf? I’m 43y and not a tecchnology lover so I’ve never been too curious… I’ve lost so much of you… and your voice, Lord, it’s still “as deep as the sea”. Today alone I’ve listened to “Given” 4 times already… I promise that from now on “ I will hold you in my heart” forever.
Love, Isa
